Refund and Return Policy

Once a purchase has been made and completed by Best Black Magic, it is a final sale, there are no refunds, reimbursements, or replacements, except for what our Satisfaction Policy permits.

If for some reason your spell does not work within 6 months, we will re-cast your spell free of charge. All you have to do is fill out the recast request form 6 months after you have placed your order here. 

If you do not take advantage of the free re-cast, you qualify for a refund after 12 months. You must request a refund within 10 days of your one-year spell anniversary. Keep in mind that timing is important. We cannot issue any refunds after the 1 year anniversary of your order date. All refund requests must be submitted through the Refund Request Form. Refunds are made using the same payment method used to make the initial purchase. If you no longer have that payment method, we will be issuing a store credit. The mandatory ingredients charge will be deducted from the refund.

The mandatory ingredients charge is $39 for spells costing $70, $59 for spells costing 100$, and 119$ for spells costing 200$.

Cancellation Charge

If you cancel your order, for whatever reason, after you have submitted payment, you will be charged a 10% cancellation charge.
